Todays Match -V- Aveley...

I'v got a bad feeling about today i dont think we'l win,i really hope im wrong,Aveley are 2nd in the form guide,and even though we are 3rd i think were gonna have to be on the ball(no punn intended) to come out of this game with any points at all.I think we need Spencer back so Rocastle can push back into defence as we havn't actualy seen him play there yet.We can do it !!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what you think you've been watching Dom but Rocastle played left back against Barking on his debut. With Gilkes out surely it would be much better to have him wide left where he can make an impact.

We need players to fill in where they can with all the injuries we have. I think Rocastle will have a big influence on midfield when he gets to play there long term. Perhaps he will give Tony the quick ball he needs.

Good attendance today at 397,shame more Aveley fans didn't make the trip to bump it up to 400.

Why can't referees spot blatant timewasting and do something about it? I thought the keeper at Wealdstone was bad but their guy today was just taking the p*ss.

 

A frustrating day all round as their equaliser was scored by us with no Aveley player within five yards of Browne. And how many times did we put the ball into the box in the last twenty minutes and just watch it run out of play because of not taking account of the wind? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> Thought Boot was fantastic today particularly in the first half when, had he been alongside Sammy, we could have been out of sight by half time.
