Two local derbies and two top ten Conference sides both in good form.

If its a draw , is the replay likely to be the following tuesday or wednesday . I am off that week but week after that , a replay in Exeter is a non starter for me.

 

Though saying that , I am extremely loathed to go all the way there to pay £16 for a rubbish view and arrogant stewards. I would rather give £8 to the trust (belief gate receipts are split 50/50)and £8 to a local charity

 

As an added incentive , a succeful result against Exeter will benefit the trust to the tune of £30 with added monies form goals scored etc.......

 

Anyone else want to sponsor a goal , game , cup run , colour of cronins shirt etc..... pop along and see me in the hut.

I'm gonna spread the words to my mates, and maybe take my girlfriend to her first game. Can't wait for this one! Glad we didn't get a lower status team, seeing that we have a more clearer idea of how Exeter play their football. Draw 1-1 away at their place, it's been four home wins in a row for us.... I'm pretty confident!

 

A good atmosphere, lots of singing and cheering on the boys for the full 90. Bring it on!

Judjing from their forum, they are not best pleased with the draw.

For us, it is a chance to impress, hopefully get a gate upwards of 1500 (of which 400 will come from Exeter), and the start of a cup run that can return our lost fans.

If we manage to get over a 1000 home fans, then I would be happy. I can see the crowd going over 1500, because Exeter City will bring down more fans than they would in league games - most class this as the best football weekend of the season.

 

Just out of interest, does anymore know what the attendence was in the reply match a few seasons back?

 

I'm hoping to see my first FA Cup win, I missed the Exeter reply back in 03/04.
