the fence matter has been discussed at the ESL AGM and they put it back another season(2008-09 as far as i know).It's on the club cards and they have had some estimates for it.They know has to be done and they are working at it the same as the stand and other facilities improvements.I don't know how other clubs are dealing with it,Southend Manor for example that could face problems with the local council and have suffered from vandalism from some local youth.Frankly Gary,i don't worry about politics.At the end of the day it's what you do on the football pitch that matters to me and i leave the rest to my chairman and hard working club officials.If for one reason or another,there could be problems,i can always move to another club.My heart is at Hullbridge and i don't see that changing.I have a vision of things and i follow it in an optimistic mood.

They keep moveing the goalposts every season, the main probs is with the essex FA. we will know when mr Errington meets the FA to creat div 2 (level 6) stambridge would be more than happy to be in that division.

An Essex based level 6 league now being discussed by several level 7 leagues and the ESL under the auspices of the FA should make any potential relegation candidates for this season a little bit twitchy!

We will have a premier league of at least 18 if not 22 teams.The second tier will be formed by any div 1 intermediate sides that meet the criteria and some div 2 or 3(hi Stambridge,providing they don't finish bottom... ).About potential relegation candidates,well you can be certain by the time that kicks in...we'll be ready to win the ESL! And anyway IT COULD BE YOU Romfordians or reumathoids
