GarySTFC
As it says on the picture which Chris attached, the wavelength is 104.1, 104.4, 95.4 and 94.6FM, but this is only within a certain radius of Berkshire. Hope this helps.

Guest
Steve Browne commented that he was disappointed with the result but relatively pleased with the performance of the defence. He further commented on the injury/suspension situation. He said that Gilks was v. disappointed not to start the game but that he felt it the right decision given that he had only trained twice in five weeks. He also said that it is in the players hands and that the team are in a position that they would have thought impossible four or five weeks ago. Chris
He also said that our crossing was poor today - and that's something a agree with. Bubb, Gilkes and Rocastle's crosses were awful and went out of play all the time - and usually they are so good at crossing. He also thought that Aveley came for a draw - they had ten men behind the ball with one striker second half - you can see why they have scored so few, but also conceded so few. Also said that Spencer should be back next week as well as Mets (back from ban). No mention on Barras though :-( [color:"red"] Still in our hands though and lets have a big following at Hemel - no excuses, it aint far![/color]
Ed
I'd have said that not all of our crossing was poor. When Michael Gilkes came on, he delivered a few really dangerous balls in from the left. However, the rest was fairly shocking, but what does he expect when he plays a centre forward on the right wing?! I do not think Hodges is a bad player, but I can see everyone's frustration that Sammy has been played out of position when he was playing so well up front, we needed backup for Sammy and tony, not a replacement! Ian
Not that I would ever support Steve Browne but what were the options yesterday given the current lack of fit players? Play Gilkes from the start when he's barely trained in five weeks and risk an even longer term injury? Or maybe play Winston in the middle and put Hodges or Deaner on the wing where there'd be even less chance of decent supply than from Sammy who at least is fast and can beat people so more suited to playing wide. He can't pick players that either aren't fit or aren't there and whilst it's true we need more cover in the near future that wouldn't have solved yesterday's problem of having to play Winston out wide which was the best option we had. Chris
Playing Sammy on the right was really the only option. Also he played really well there against Hertford - so why change it. Desperateley need some players back!

northern rebel
Is this Radio Berkshire commentary a regular thing? Do they broadcast over the web (I can't pick it up on radio here in Derbyshire)? I have to rely on the website, and results from here: http://www.tonykempster.co.uk/ , which seem to come through pretty quickly, and had me setting about a box of red wine in celebration on Tuesday. If we didn't have so many matches in Essex I might even start feeling optimistic. Heres to promotion, and the start of the road back to where we belong. Cheers, Roger
