With the departure of Davies, what line up is expected on Tuesday?

 

Also do some of the yellows and reds start to kick in, and how will that effect the line up?

 

Has Wilko got some new signings lined up to boost the squad?

 

With Farnborough 4th, this looks like we might be in for a kicking if a "weaker than usual team" is played.

Jeffreys is available again following a two game ban and Harper played in the replay at Hillingdon.

 

Roddis's third suspended game will be on the 20th against Bridgwater. He will available for selection on the 23rd against Didcot.

Everyone's expecting an easy home win, which is understandable, but this league is proving a bit unpredictable so let's at least believe we can take a share of the points.

 

It's also worth noting that we're now 3 games unbeaten (in 90 minutes), so we're building a bit of form...

Just for the record, although I expect us to win, I don't expect it to be easy at all. We were slighty fortunate to win at the weekend and the performance wasn't great. We also picked up a nasty injury to a key midfielder. We do seemed to have signed some more cover today though.

 

Hope you manage to dodge the traffic and have a good(but not too good) evening at Cherrywood Road.

Trents - you should be emptying the poo out of your pants as we have the best line up of strikers in non-league - thats what we get told! - oh $hit, they have all bu**erd off to other clubs for more money or were let go!

 

At least we have the most "experienced" striker still with us.

everyone at some point in their football career either wants a chamge or better prospects/conditions etc.

in any job are you going to stay in the same place,

Thankfully Bracknell and Newport have done us a favour by only getting 1 point each, otherwise if one of them had won they would be challenging us!!!

I don't think 'wanting a change' applied to Davies as he's only been here for five minutes.

 

Your second point is more likely with the 'better conditions' part replaced with 'more money'.

 

Can't blame him for that but it's left us in the s*hit big time.

Davies was with us a year. That's a hell of a lot longer than some players. And whilst money does sadly play a large part in things, I'm not convinced that was the sole reason Terry left as he is good mates with some of the people at Fleet, having played there before - not to mention the lure of a title challenge.
