LOL, BELIEVE me, If I get togetehr with Rhodes at Kentish Town along with others at the club we WILL make them a force to be reckoned with!

 

I predcit promotion to step 4 within 3 seasons and to step 3 within 5...if not sooner!

Gavin - Spot on, today's result at Sun Postal Sports shows we are still very much a force to be reckoned with and when Lee Scott is back to full fitness and clicks with Jonathan Donoghue up front I'll be surprised if we lose again for the remainder of the campaign. Haringey's dropped point today at home to Stony Stratford confirms they are just an average outfit and 'Sugar', 3praise and co must be quaking in their boots at the prospect of facing us next week. Didn't you attend a fixture today as you posted at 4.16pm, you could have come up with us to Sun Postal.

What was the score Rhodes? I never went to a match today, felt a bit down after the events of last week, so gave it a miss today.

 

Did you get a lift to Sun Postal, as your manager asked if I would be coming but I said I had no transport and I seem remember you saying you dont either.

 

If you get a lift to games and there is room I would certainly like to come along and would donate towards petrol costs.

 

Johnathan Donoghue who used to play for Edgware and I was not too impressed with should easilly be scoring at step 6 level, and having read about Lee Scott they should form a winning partnership for Kentish Town smile

 

Did you read my post re Haringey Borough next Sat, I will be at this game and if it is all ticket can you put one aside for me please at the gate, either complimentary or not I dont mind, I just want to be able to get in.

Gavin - I didn't go to Sun Postal Sports as I was with the Reserves at the Copthall Stadium who played Biggleswade United, you should have already seen from HTFCew's thread that the First Team won 3-2 and I think Jonathan got a hat trick, as you say he should be getting 40 goals plus at this level but couldn't hit a cows backside with a banjo early in the season. Next Saturday's game with Haringey Borough is not all ticket now, the Secretary decided against it and I also stood the local police down, I hope you can make it.

We'll be playing Hertford Town next season in the league unless they get promotion to the Ryman Division 1 North, I think they're the favourites and I'm surprised they didn't run you closer last season

However, before we move on, why did it HAVE to be an FA Cup tie and why did it HAVE to be Leighton Town? (BOTH assumptions wrong, by the way).

I didn't see the 3rd as I was still in the bar after ht but the first 2 goals had a combined yardage of about 3. You won't win the league Rhodes unless you had a lot of players missing yesterday.

We did have a few missing yesterday but Jonathan Donoghue specialises in scoring goals in the six yard box, he's another Allan Clarke or Martin Peters and just ghosts in from nowhere. Nice to hear you were one of the 'three' people at Sun Postal yesterday, how come you weren't at Tring v Chalfont St Peter
