He is always putting his foot in it. I believe he talks to much when he does'nt need to. Like last season saying we were going to smash teams and when he let all to players go and wrote about them. Sometimes you need to keep your thoughts to yourself and close ranks and pull together. If we don't sometime soon it is all going to go terribly wrong.
