Well its obvious by those results that to most clubs this Cup is just a waste of time, & none or should I say MOST have not taken it seriously in any way whatsoever.

only 87 at Ramsgate, only 174 at Margate only 529 at AFCW and only 75 at Carshalton. Thats how exciting this cup is.

Anyone know if the Ryman League force clubs to charge full price for these league cup games ? Paying £11 (£9.00 plus the ever excessive £2.00 to sit) last night was taking the piss. Maybe if it was a fiver the crowds might be better ?

Answering myself but I've just found something on the net and think the minimum admission charge is £6.00 for Ryman League / Cup games. That would have been more like it.

Apparently because the league cup is part of the ryman league... clubs have to still charge the same admission price. People at out club paid £9 to get in just to watch our reserves play with about 3/4 first team players.. So hardly anyone was happy with the price! But it didn't matter to us that much if we lost.. which we did but at least it's 1 less thing to worry about.

Bit disappointed that as a season ticket holder had to pay but maybe a better gripe would be being charged the full £9 when I got there with 35 mins gone.

 

At what point are people allowed to walk in without paying if at all and would the club introduce a reduced fee if you arrive late???

I would do but Cookie's trains only move at set times and until the high speed rail link starts and saves all of 4 minutes off the trip from London I am at the mercy of others!!

as far as im aware frankie you can walk into any ground at half time for free, i remember having a convorsation about this before if im wrong im sure someone will correct me

This is generally the case but last year they tried to skin me for 5 quid at grave3send with about 20 minutes left. Mean eh!!
