Info on new loan signing

In case you think CE has lost it as I did at first, from the Margate website:

Robin Trott has signed Ryan Peters on loan from Brentford. Ryan (20) is a right wing/forward and will be available for selection for tonight’s match against East Thurrock.

Might be the answer to our right hand side then, look forward to seeing him play tonight.

A good loan signing iwould have thought for the problematic right hand side.

Boy-are we missing Yianni.

I guess i give up on us ever signijg a decent central defender !!

Forwards win matches, defenders win titles

What happens when skinner is out, and we get other injuries/suspensions.

We have been doing an ok job imo,and would agree that RT by playing has strengthend the back line.

I guess my priority is always build from the back and through the spine of the team.

Coming back to Peters, it would be interesting to know if he can play in the FA Cup for us like KCA

But you cant win titles Michael, without winning matches.Which comes first?.
I agree to some extent that we could do with a more pacey, more experienced centre back, with the emphasis on the pacey bit, but with budgets not allowing we have to make do with what we have.Having said that I also agree with Chris in that these three haven't done too badly so far.
In the words of many a manager these days & especially in an ex manager of ours "we just have to get on with it"!

The teams that win the leagues, are invaribly those who concede the fewest goals, but not necessarily those who score the most .

Matter of priorities i guess.Me- build from the back first, and win 1-0 Lovely.

Others understandably maybe like the more attacking approach.

i guess i am a bit surprised that being a defender himself, that RT has not put more emphasis on defence.

Anway back to Peters, am sure he will be playing tonight so if he does as good as Carder-Andrews has done so far will be a couple of shrewd loan signings by Robin.

Agree TA.

How dare they say the league cup is not exciting.

Lots of new signings, different players.

Should be a bumper crowd of at least 180.

Interesting that Ramsgate also at home in same competition tonight

In all seriousness, i am genuinely excited about tonights game and really hope 'Gate win.

Up the 'Gate

I can see a start for Bowles and Axon maybe, Haworth and Watson for sure. The two loan players Carder-Andrews and Peters. Skins probably because he is suspended soon. Not sure of rest.

I would only look for 6 changes from Saturday. Do not go with this I do not care if we lose attitude of some on here. Winning of every game is important for The Team, The Management,

The Directors and The Supporters.

Also out of Mckimm or MR Trott I would think 1 will be in Hitchin tonight.

Personally I would say he is more of a striker, but has played quite a lot on the right wing...

He is fast, but lacks a decent touch...

This is the Ryan Peters page, on the site I write !!!

http://www.beespedia.com/index.php/Ryan_Peters

He has been on loan at Ebbsfleet, Crawley and AFC Wimbledon, where he did well last season

This season, he has appeared as sub in a few Bees games, looking sharp, but with a lack of end product !

Good luck Ryan
