I think you are taking yourself far too seriously, okay I apologise unreservedly if you are not the thief however you brought suspicion on yourself by stating that you took a look inside the changing rooms, at that point I wasn't aware you were linked to the Forde Park Club in an official capacity and you might have made that clear. NewBradwell - I have to say I'm a little surprised at you as you have always come across as a Sir Trevor Brooking type on here who sits on the fence and doesn't like to make waves, similar to AWK and Rak. I wasn't accusing Losingmyhair of being the thief, he said that he had taken a look into the dressing rooms so, as I thought at the time he was just an ordinary punter who had paid his £4.00, I jokingly asked what he had done with the mobiles and ipod, that was all.

Well I have come across losingmyhair on my travels and he is a straight up guy, also it did not seem like a joke and i do not think anyone else saw it that way either including the man himself.

rhodes asked what he'd done with the mobiles, a question, but rhodes chose to end the sentence with an exclamation mark not a question mark, minor point to some but to Rhodes who is precise about so many things this was to indicate a jokey comment rather than a direct question or accusation.

 

other people are now using the word "thief" and attributing it to rhodes post, he was not the first to use the word.

Yes like I said he's purely a suspect, if he can PM me his mobile number as soon as possible I'm sure the police will soon be able to eliminate him from their enquiries

Dear boringtwat/poodle.

I know you get your kicks defending Rhodes at every turn, against the terrible bullying he gets on here, But would you joke about such a matter with a complete stranger? If it was a joke (and I remain to be convinced) it was the sort you would only use on a really good friend, who would recognise it as a joke!

To be fair this happens in all non-league football.

 

A few years there used to be people going to the away dressing rooms saying that they had been some robberies of players personal items and if they put all the valubles in a bag they would lock them in the safe.

 

Only problem was when they went to collect them after the game no-one from the club knew what they were talking about.....

 

Now that is a wierd scenario, sorting out all your valubles then handing them over to the thief and saying here you go mate..

 

Other instances have involved someone with a sports bag running to the dressing rooms once the game has started asking to be let in as he got stuck in traffic and needed to get changed...

 

Guess what ..... He was not a player and again walked off with all people stuff.

 

This has happened all league i have been involved in saturdays and Sundays and is a serious problem.....

 

 

and before you two start it happens in leagues i have not been involved in so I am not the common denominator

Horace, Rhodes posts can be painful to read, as he says, hes not looking to make friends just say it as he sees it etc.

 

So when losinghishair says he grabbed a look at the dressing rooms when a robbery had occured there, he was rather teeing up such a response.

Would I joke about it ? yes and I did.

To the extent Rhodes will probably take it, no I wont, but Ill enjoy reading it!

 

Thank god there are so many stuffed shirts and rule book lovers out there for rhodes to tirelessly play with.

Let me just say that I am not playing games with anyone on here but simply calling things as I see them and not beating about the bush, you are right about the 'stuffed shirts' though which is a fairly accurate way of describing the likes of Lato and Football Man in particular, I just wish some members wouldn't take themselves so seriously.

sorry rhodes poor choice of word by me, I didnt mean "Play" in the sense that you're not sincere.

 

Perhaps "joust" or "spar" would have been better.

TheSpursFan - I wouldn't necessarily use those two words to describe my approach either however I can see where you're coming from as you are such a good judge of character. As you know everything I say on here is sincere and perfectly serious, I think because I am sometimes close to the knuckle and un-intentionally ruffle feathers this makes me public enemy number one particularly in 'Sugar' and Football Man's eyes as they know perfectly well I have their number(s).
