Dear all...Thanks for the best wishes...sex change jokes certainly rose a smile...got home this evening...in alot of pain but its all done now and everything seems to have gone well...the surgeon found some loose bone and cartlidge in the joint as well as putting two wires in between the tib and fib to get everything back together and allow the torn ligament to heal...these next few days are going to be painful !!!!
