Good thanks mate. I found out by accident that you were the manager of Bethnal Green. Was surprized that you had gone into management but from your time at Manor you were the sort of person who would end up on the management side of things....always had an opinion!

So what are the future plans over there? Are you getting a ground so you can get promoted?

yeah if we can finish in the promotion places then we are planning on being at level 5 next season we have been promised i good ground thats in tower hamlits can say to much because it depends on other things but u prob know what ground im taliking about but for know we wont speak about that yeah the reason i went into management werent good a nuf to play at a high level so hope to manage at a high level one day so we will see its early days but im enkoying it all the chairmain is ambitious and wants the club to progress so we will see?

Well its good to be honest with yourself mate. That takes alot to admit. I had similar reasons and a few years back knew I wasn't good enough to play higher than step 5 anymore and was lucky Kirk gave me an opportunity.

 

One bit of advice. You are learning constantly and find out something new all the time.
