Today is the 30th anniversary of town playing their inaugural floodlight match against West Ham Utd,i remember this game like it was yesterday. As a 10 year old schoolboy it was the hottest ticket in town,that night proved to be our record attendance ever with 3841. Cant remember the score, but have a fair idea it was a draw.

Nope, believe we lost 2-1 from my position behind the goal at the Blunts Wall Road end - but it felt like a win !!! And I was 15 ...
