Some people have no choice. What about all those train and bus drivers who you rely on to get to games on a Saturday, plus all the station and ancillary staff. I bet you don't think they shouldn't work do you.

Lato - Fair point but I'm sure the majority of them aren't football fans and have happily swapped shifts with their fellow drivers and conductors who are

I have a friend who drives buses for Ariva, he is a former Coach at Haringey Borough and all I did was write a letter to his boss asking not to give him any shifts on Saturday afternoons, there was no problem at all, there are always ways and means.
