Enrico , Rob Craven is a decent bloke , got a lot of time for him , does a lot of hard work for Essex FA . All refs are not bad . The ref we had that sticks out for me is the ref we had vs Wivenhoe in the fa cup . He was a top top ref. Yes , most refs in the senior league are not great , but we have all been around long enough to know that so why are we still moaning . No one ever says " the ref was superb" but everyone says when they were bad. True i have come across some bad refs in the last few weeks , especially the one at Stansted but you go right to the top level and poor old Lawrie Sanchez has had a mare with officials this season so it happens everywhere .

Bout time Hullbridge match reports were pulled up , they are shocking !

Dan,the fella you mentioned is one of the chavs that never kicked a ball in their lives and are regulars on the shrimperszone.com.I have read a lot of match reports on web-sites and match programmes including yours and the hullbridge vs stanway is not worse than any of them.You know what Dan,we hit someone nerves in the referees department at the county fa and because they don't wanna admit it,they sent an e-mail to Beryl moaning about some of the comments in the web-site,what about the others 150 around all essex?the truth is:"they have got the hump"truth hurts especially if comes from the nicest club in the ESL.Instead of improving the referees standard and performances they go on the hullbridge web-site who not everybody knows the existence and kick a fuss.Now I'm gonna check every match report at step 5 and 4 and if there is a referee criticism i'll send it to your friend(not mine)Craven....or even managers comments about referees so they can be accused of bringing the game into disrepute!get real lads,there are comments like that everyday in the echo,non league paper etc and if this friend of yours dare to send them an e-mail,i know what their answers will be...a two fingers salute!

If you want to have a go at referees, have a go at Terry Thacker, not the admin side of the Essex FA but that requires a bit of bottle, doesn't it?

As for me doing basil-don chores, the backroom staff at any club have a role to play as well in fact, the lady making the bacon rolls at Hullbridge has had more success than you.

I can't beleive that you typed all that with a straight face.

As I said RC does not go on SZ and was not offered the club web-site job after Jon whats-is-name left. That job was offered directly to someone else and at that time RC was at university. The web-site and the programme job is in fact one and MW does contribute on a voluntary basis. Be advised not to slander him as he is a Barrister-at-Law!! No, forget that, slander him!!

So you've kept all those posts from about four years ago when you were being slated on SZ, you saddo. I remember that you were being slanderous on there too which is why you were probably blocked.

So as for facts, get them right and by the way if you think that you are going to stuff paper in my mouth, be prepared for two lumps behind your ears.
