Judging by the number of posts and views for the last 4 or 5 games, I reckon people just cannot be bothered to opine on what they have seen (or more common for away games) or heard about the matches.

Most games last year got 40-60 postings, with frequently 500+ viewings. Now we are down to the low 20's with around 400 views.

It will hardly attract the casual fan having a quick check on the forum to see what the supporters think, when there appears almost total apathy to events on the field.

 

My guess is that many of the old regulars got fed up with having their opinions shot down by one or 2, rather than joining in healthy debate.

 

Check back on the past few weeks, almost nothing of interest.

Or maybe the relative dearth of posts lately is a reflection of the fact we've had several relatively long distance away games recently, which are of course only attended by a small proportion of our support. Posts after home games still come in similar quantities to before.

Or perhaps they're just bored of a certain forum poster constantly regurgitating the same old arguments.

That's why I stopped coming here for many months because at times some posts were quite stressful to read! It wasn't a nice forum at times. But I checked back a few weeks back and its all calmed down so I come back and post occasionally.
Shame others haven't returned..

Sadly experience would lead us to believe that the reverse is true AFF, get a bad run going and the 'Daish couldn't run a whelk stall' and the 'I told you we would be relegated by Christmas' boys will be back on here.
I think its J.C.'s fault that this forum has gone downhill, Harry used to post a constant stream of utter blx some of which was quite entertaining but since he started hanging about with J.C. he has got all sensibled up.....shame.
Bring back Girl in the corner.

I'd imagine even late-night BBC2 culture guru and boffin Mark Lawson would have aimed a foul-mouthed juvenile tirade at Bayes. He's asking for it.
