We got our first win of the season today and i must say we desevered it we won 1-0 but we should have easily won by 5 or 6 well done today lads! onwards and upwards!!!!

I'm claiming the goal, it was my effort that was deflected in, and I'm sure it was going in anyway.

 

Very good team performance, and we could have won by more.

 

Message to EyeballPaul if he reads this. Hopefully you can make it next week mate. We're at Jackey Bakers, 2pm against Blacksole Rovers (div3 - league above us) in the Challenge Cup. Our keeper George couldnt make it today (reffing committments for a girls league) and he is prob not going to be able to make it next Sunday either.

Anothing interesting thing to note is that the man in black today was Alex Arnold, nephew of Ramsgate Chairman Richard Lawson. Personally I thought he had a very good game, letting it flow, trying to play advantage at all times. Only two direct free kicks were given all game and that somed up the spirit in what the match was played in.

 

Also has a VERY good understandment of the HANDBALL/BALL TO HAND RULE.
