Can someone tell me how we can nominate society members if we don't know who they are?

 

Is it not leaving it a bit late if members have not received 'further details' regarding the process? We don't want anybody to miss out should they want to stand for the board yet run out of time, esepcially as the 'nomination period' has already started!

You know who they are Andy . Its hardly anything different mate . Its the main reason I wont sign up to the trust for membership .

If the correct procedure is not followed then the vote is invalid. So are any decisions taken at the AGM if the correct procedure (notices, aganda etc.) is not followed.
