Bookham had many chances to get their noses in front but squandered the a lot.

Not happy to lose today, neither side was great but both teams had plenty of players missing so no excusse there.

Pitch again did not help either side but both teams showed plenty of passion even if the football was not great.

 

1st half was pretty even with both side having limited chances, Dorking hit the post from a Brewster save and Bookham looked dangerous from set pieces.

 

2 great chances for Bookham in the second half (one on ones) 1st time hits post second is saved by the keeper. Dorking only had one good chance and thats all it takes. One nil to the landlords but i am well pi$$es off .

 

Off to the pub to get b0ll0xed

 

Dont think that the Guffer too happy either but he can tell you about his side.

I didn't get to see Teffers before I left, so he probably doesn't know there's a drink behind the bar for him. On the other hand, perhaps I should have drunk it, seeing as how we are joined at the hip, (allegedly !)

So pi$$ed of on Saturday I did not even pick up the result was wrong.

 

Spoke to The FA regarding the result and it was down to the Press who updated the FA.com site incorrectly.

 

Got me worried that I had phone the incorrect result in.

 

Sorry that I did not catch up with you Swoonara, but I was a little fed up (edited version) and as usual plenty to do after the game.
