Boney Crisp

Well I hope it is on the Saturday because on the Sunday Aylesbury United are at home to Bromley in the cup. What is the significance well Margate are away to either Enfield Town or Aylesbury United in the FA Trophy so will give Trotty a look at thier ground and team.

Whilst agreeing communication to supporters could be better and quicker, in this instance i cannot see any specific post re: this on kentish football excepting the draw as given out on monday, and at that stage the outcome of Deal v Dullwich was not known

No doubt the font of all knowledge -the I of T gaz. will update you lucky locals today.

Looks like sat. though, so bit of a bummer as can't go but could on the sunday.Who cares as long as we win.

So who else is in midield ?

JJ Jay, xxxxx ,,Axon .

Maybe Morris gets a run out.

Its central midfield where the game is invariably won/lost and we don't have enough players to cover that position.

JJ not that fit, and Jay possibly not completely fit.

As most identified at start of season, never mind about signing loads of forwards/wingers-what about central defence and the engine room of central midfield.

Stating to come home to roost now i feel.

Have made a reply & comment to your post on a Hendon thread Michael.

HENDON comes first & thats going to be toughie to start with, then there is the AFC Wimbledon game on Tuesday before the Cup match. Some "big" games for us this week.

Hope the rest of the guys rally round saturday and put in a sterling team performance to steal the points and support RT.

Maybe a chance for Morris to show he is Ryman quality.

can he be a 'fringe 'player who when given a chance-actually TAKES that chance.

My midfield would be:

JJ Morris, Saunders Pinnock

You need players with physical prescence in this league,so Morris for me to supplement midfield.Pinns out on right, but not too wide-control central midfield -keep the game 'narrow' on the right and let JJ provide crosses from the left

I see Stephen Mccarthy is better informed than the FA who are still showing both Dulwich and Fisher playing on 29th. The only the scheduled (at the time of writing this) on the FA website is the aforsaid mentioned Aylesbury United vs Bromley.

Therefore, in this instance the criticism of MFC is unwarrented.

And Fisher's web-site says:

Fisher have been drawn at home in the FA Cup 2nd Round qualifying round to Ryman Premier outfit Margate FC. The match is penciled in for Saturday 29th September, 3pm KO. However this is subject to change due to Fisher landlords Dulwich Hamlet also being drawn at home on this day, depending on the replay result with Deal Town. If Dulwich overcome Deal, Fisher's game will be moved to either Friday night or Sunday afternoon.

Further updates to follow when made available...

The FA web-site now says that our game is on the 29th and the Dulwich game is on the 30th - this is also backed up on Dulwich's web-site although they too, like our club, have not announced this officially!

PLEASE WILL SOMEONE GIVE US A DECISION!!!
