Unc, I may have rejoiced in our winning the RL last year but that is then and this is now. Over the last few weeks many things have happened, including hard working people feeling they had no choice but to resign - and then hearing that they "couldn't handle the stress". The meeting on monday night was a sham. as it happens i was working till 9.30, as i am now, so couldn't make it. they told everyone they would clear the air but in fact they said everything was fine.

i'm in a fortunate position that i know the in's and out's through a close association with the club. most of the supporters had no idea what was going on and i decided i'd let them know. that's what forums are for. at the end of the day our club is in a precarious position and the supporters were completely in the dark. the good names of some hard working people were being tarnished and i couldn't stand for it any more.

Micky T, good to hear the big lad will get a game. must come down and watch soon.

but you haven't let them know have you colin...just a series of posts with no info but lots of innuendo...

I have no truck with you and know you to be a good supporter of your club and yes... you did rightfully enjoy your tremendous success last year....but that was success created by the very people that you now seek to castigate....thick and thin colin...thick and thin....

innuendo on forums and no real information can only harm the club and cause unrest....and IF your chairman has problems then let him try and sort them out...he obviously cares given the commitment of the past few years...

either way the best of luck and lets hope you are wrong...

I think i posted plenty of info. I've also answered numerous personal emails from supporters and given them the full facts. I didn't want to post absolutely everything i have been told on the forum.

I'm not seeking to castigate. I'm seeking the truth from the people who have been running the club as to exactly how much doodoo are we going to find ourselves in. If what i know is true then it could be hello CCL. Let's hope not but it's a possibility.

the fact is he isn't our chairman. he resigned when his disqualification came through. he shouldn't have anything to do with the club but still parades around like he owns the gaff. we have only one director left as everyone else has resigned. what does that tell you??

somehow i don't think i'm over-reacting.

it tells me that perhaps he does own it and that he may have rubbed a few old timers up the wrong way.....happens all the time at football clubs and then the bile starts...

somehow i don't think i'm over-reacting.

time will tell colin but I still feel that without hard evidence all you have done is open up the door for other less well meaning NL folk to attack your club....

What I want to know is how does Hornchurch qualify as an 'East Counties' club? Surely it should be the likes of King's Lynn or Debenham LC. Next you'll be telling us you get Anglia through your aerial grin

Left hand side of the bar it is, then !

Don't forget that Teffers is the host as Bookham are the 'home-team', or am I talking to myself again ?

Teffers !!! Good news for Bob. I have the ladies name ! That should cheer him up somewhat ! Definitely prominent !!
