Great game. Shame about their fans though. Comments like I hope you get knocked out in the next round isn't very nice.

Good game with all the team playing their part.

A cracking goal to win the game as I thought there would be a replay and their keeper looked very good.

Bab it was more than one person according to hammerman at the game!

 

As for Facebook- Get them on the wefc group! We can't have smithsons boring photos of the ground and players cluttering up the space! Looking forward to the one of ben and i where ben has the stylish 99p England Sunglasses on ( Got some odd looks putting them on in the cri ) and i have Milly's flowery ones turning up online!

 

I mean...taking a photo of the godalming tea bar...why smithson? Why?

OK we've got a few graceless idiots, but in a crowd of 200+ I don't think we're any different to any other club.

 

I will take this opportunity to mention your manager, who couldn't bring himself to shake hands with our manager after the 3-0 defeat the other week, but managed to shake hands yesterday. So its not just fans who take defeat badly.

 

Anyway, as I said, hope you get a good draw and go a few rounds this season.

Most of the people by me said it. I stood by the didcot fans and heard most people round there say it. Also when going towards the bar. The people in the bar and the people I stood with in the first half where spot on nice people.

I'm glad you have come on and defended your team and wish them good luck for the coming season as the facilities that you have there are first class.

Best pitch in the league in my book.

Not wanting to back-track completely on my previous postings, there are one or two new 'supporters' who stand near me and talk absolute garbage. Against Farnborough last week one was shouting 'break his legs' when a farnborough player had the ball. And yesterday same bloke willing ref to dish out yellow cards for innocuous challenges.

But as I say, all clubs have them, and the bigger your support the more you have!

Can't imagine why any didcot fan hopes you lose next round. Thought you won fair and square and no complaints from our manager, players or fans in bar afterwards that I spoke to.

We have similar supporters who seem to think it ok to shout out break there legs. Not nice comment and its why I have moved away from standing behind the goal.

Thought the ref was a bit harsh with the booking yesterday but overall I thought he had a good game.

I will hopefully bump into you next time we meet.

It was very early. We got the 1807 train from Didcot and he was asleep within 15 mins!!

 

The Wood Dawg Shall be going to Oxford on a few conditions, No running through the streets of Oxford after a bus, Not egging me on to give Muslim proppaganda to other religous do gooders and we HAVE to go to that posh place with the lovely barmaid and mental pint glasses! Oh and that place that Betty refused to enter!

Well, SiD and I are keeping up our proud record of missing every win.

I'll hope it's just coincidence as it would be nice to witness a victory this season...

 

but as I won't be around for the next three Saturday matches everything bodes well for continued success.
