Let's be honest he was awful. Not yet as bad as D'Urso but heading that way! An infringement caught clearly on camera for their first goal by a town fan.

Town victims of an infringement, Rudi get's the ball and charging towards the goal looking like he fancied it, called back to the point of the infringement. He didn't want to give town the advantage, you can imagine how high that ball bounced after Rudi caught it!

These guys with a fair ref are beatable!

I thought the old bill in their infinite wisdom insisted on at least 10 days befpore a replay? Presumably that only applies when their benevolent presence is required or at a higher level than our humble station?

I think the 10 day rule only applies from 1st round proper onwards.

Providing we can overcome Rothwell tomorrow evening this is a tie we can certainly win. Hillingdon are towards the bottom end of the southern League Soutn & West division and don't appear to travel too well.

 

Mind you, we don;t appear to play at home too well!!!

As a matter of interest my adopted club Shortwood U had a fine 3-0 win at Tiverton. We now have drawn Gloucester City away. They play at Forest Green Rovers ground (and will do for the whole of this season - coz the ground was virtually destroyed by the flood).The FGR ground is visible from Shortwoods ground.....
