Margate shirt in charity shop

One of the chaps told me last night that he paid £1 for a Margate away shirt yesterday in a local charity shop.

 

It is one with Active on the front so quite new.

 

What worrys me slightly is that it has number 14 on the back.

Now I am sure the shop never sold numbered shirts and this one does not have a player signature on the front as a sponsors one would have.

 

This would seem to point to one of the players giving it in to the charity shop!!!!
