Much like the previous game i've seen this season (v Colliers Wood), the Chicks don't seem to want to start playing until they are 3 behind.

Couldn't place anyone that fitted the description of Big JR, so am none the wiser on that one!

I woz most VERY definitely there, TRS, wazn't I Teffs ???

You should have asked around, and as Sir David Frost might say.....

"All the clues were there !"

I think the DFC web report is very accurate.

Injuries and suspension are a fact of life I'm afraid. You must remember that suspensions can be carried over into a new season after appeals, etc !

This weekend DFC have a free weekend, but for those who think I'm a lazy Kent and don't travel....

Saturday a.m.: Beare Green boys 'Yoof' game.

Sunday a.m.: Early start to Knaphill to do a report on the Girls under 14's.

Sunday p.m.: Rush back to dear old Dorking for the new Mole Valley Chix first league game (Girls Under 18), (FPC Pixham, if anyones interested). - MORE paperwork

Anyone want a job as my Diary Secretary ?

Only typed this in case certain people are having difficulty locating crystal ball cleaner !

Was not trying to cause any trouble, just interested in local clubs.

I do hope you get the go ahead for the ground.

MVP has struggled for years financial so any deal would help them out.

I know a good company that does grounds up for a good rate if you every need any help with it.

Sorry Big JR, wasn't suggesting that you were not there, just no-one that seemed obvious. Guess I was expecting a larger than life character with a Chelsea trenchcoat on! I'm not bold enough to tap complete strangers on the shoulder asking if they are known as Big JR grin

Whereabouts do you stand? I was over by the dugouts for most of the game and in the clubhouse at h/t talking to one of the Guildford massive (the lot with the flag) as he's an old workmate.

By the way, you don't double as a ref assessor do you? If so, I know exactly who you are grin

Wouldn't want to let you down now Unc would I smile

Is it really 4 years since I first posted that. Doesn't time fly when you are having fun.

Still have happy memories of Bridge Ave in Ryman 3. Those were the days.

The Chelsea Stadium coat was in attendance though I did take it off in the club-house at half time.

If memory serves, at half time, I was sitting at the table just inside the entrance door from the ground with many members of my family. If you were back on the dug-out side in the second half you may well have heard me shout my views on the referee's decision NOT to award a definite penalty.

It is true that next year, CCL Premiership referee's are to be sponsored by Specsavers !

Ref Assessor ? No those days are long gone. I know the guy you are talking about, I think you will find he was assessing the more feminine of the two assistants.

By the way Kroons........

Teffers and his Bookham co-horts definitely want to know who, as Teffers put it, 'The very prominent lady in black' is ?????

I'm told that Bookham Bob has still yet to recover from the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half !
