New Margate Crest

This is my idea for a new Margate FC crest for next season. For a while I've had the idea that a round crest would look good, and this is what I've come up with.

 

It was difficult to get the colours of the horse and lion right, but what I was looking for was a white inside the horse and lion, and royal blue outline on both the horse and lion.

 

It started of as something I was just making because I was bored and after designing a successful FC Ultras badge I thought I'd give it a shot.

 

After making it I showed it straight to Paul and he thought it was rather good so I decided to show it on here!

 

I doubt it could ever be the club crest but hey I'd love some feedback.

It's an interesting idea Jake, but i think i prefer the current one. Taking nothing away from it though as it is a very good design, but i don't know if it will look good on a Margate shirt.

No club should change their badge, the only changes I would accept on the Rams one would be having the old badge back or the Ramsgate coat of arms.
