Great.

Appreciating that you have to build them first, will the club be able to 'sell the facility'.

Given MFC's record at marketing ,one has to hope that they do not expect the pitches to sell themselves.

Otherwise, they will become a great white elephant and noose around the clubs neck as opposed to an opportunity.

Yes,indeed looks like things are "kicking-off" at long last.

How many years has it been since those nursery gates have been opened? Well today THEY OPENED for business. As well as the 3 diggers already inside the nursery area there was also a large lorry with metal fencing which later moved through those gates too.On top of that there were MEN(plural) on site.

Saw Ezekiel arrive in his "major" automobile also.

I think we can safely say that,at long last that the beginning of, not only the "fives" but the stadium is about to start to take shape.

HIP HIP HOORAY!-HIP HIP HOORAY!-HIP HIP HOORAY!

It's all systems go! I attended the "digging the first bit" ceremony and have interviews to follow later today with Malcolm Rowlett and Sandy Ezekiel, Keith Piper, Directors from Generation Sports and I have some audio description of the ceremony.
