Young talent(players that is!)

As a fairly new 1st team supporter(this is my second season)I, like many of you seasoned chaps and chapesses, am frustarated by the current trough of bad form. The shining light for me is the small group of youth players that have progressed recently. They are both talented and hungry and can only be a breath of fresh air when deemed good enough to make the first squad regular.

They are Playing Croydon in the FA youth cup at Stonebridge Road 27th Sept 7.45 ko.

I did'nt just mean the current U18's, although they too are doing well apparently, was refering to players who have come up from that squad last year........namely, Coleman,Akinde, Stubbs and Maskell now in the 1st team squad but not yet appearing. Definately all worth watching for.

Akinde and Coleman have gone out on loan to Margate unfortunately ronks41. But there are other good youth players. Where did Luke Moore come from?!?!

Starkey's football developed at Gravesend Grammar. Get in!!!

Luke Moore came up from the PASE scheme. He got his first contract at 18( his first year on the scheme) so he was same year as Mike Mckenna and Jack Roberts. These 2 were dropped end of last season.
