I spoke to Roly on Saturday to check on Chris' loan position.

Next Saturday's match at Doncaster is the last under the present loan agreement and as we have had three loan periods, we are not allowed any more.

I would ilke to go on record as saying I think that Chris has been a real asset to the Club and has been a true professional throughout his time here. (He even came up from Somerset on saturday for some training even though he was suspended)

Thanks for everything Chris, it has been a real pleasure!

Well, we'll just have to hope that Duku is his former self when he returns to the team. Losing Chris is a real blow, and the effort he has put in for us, despite being only a loan player, has been outstanding. Well done and thank you Chris! grin.gif

Oh well, it was great while it lasted, thanks Chris you were a great assett and join us at the end of the season if Yeovil make you available, a player worth spending my pledge money on, talking of pledges it must be around the £5000 mark.

I couldn't agree more. Chris has been great for the club while he has been here, even while playing in his "second" position at the back for most of his time. He has chipped in with a couple of important goals, and shown a real passion for the club in his short time here. I hope that we can get him to join on a permanent basis, as I think players like him are the future of this club. Thank you for your desire to join a "lesser" club Chris, and good luck for the future. We all hope that you come back soon.

More praise from me too. Chris has been a real bonus for us over the last few months and has helped us into a position where we can, and should, stay up. Whether we can get him permanently, who knows - but we should try.

Come on you reds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, me and my m8 sam r really disappointed dat chris is leaving, but we hope that andy will see sense and realise that he is too gooder asset to the club not to sign him at the end of the season. who wants to play third division footie with Yeovil anyway when he can come and play for a great club like Gravesend?
