No Rhodes they did not have a weakened team, try this for a theory, Brimsdown Rovers are a good side who are now finding their feet at this level and have players with the ability to win games against other good sides. having said that being a Kentish Town supporter this theory may well be lost on you as a weakened side to you means ONE of the players is being held at Her Majesty's Pleasure.

Mr gallis i feel Rhodes now understands that Kentish Town is an average div 1 team who have won only two games a game against harpenden where harpenden scored 2 own goals and they beat a broken injury hit Ampthill 4 -3 one goal win, so where brimsdown have destroyed the premier and i repeat the premier divison leaders 4 -1, i good performance by the lads plus the score line should have been more. Again Rhodes proves that he hates brimsdown, he doesn't respect that Boateng guy, so far he hasn't praised the work the mighty Merv the player manager has done since taking over, how does a player 20 times better than Lee Scott come off the bench and score 2 goals 15mins and is injuried, before you even think about responding Rhodes Mervin Abraham is a proven non league player.

MrGallis - Thanks, I only asked what everyone else was thinking that's all as to whether Chalfont had a weakened side out as beating them 4-1 was certainly the surprise result of the season so far. I'm not disputing Brimsdown Rovers have good players and that Mervin Abraham is a decent Coach as well as an excellent player in his own right, afterall you have Daniel Young in your team who we nurtured into a top class player at Kentish Town before you poached him from us.

Well as you and I both know Rhodes should Brimsdown fail to continue their current up turn in form then questions will be raised again. But this is the reason we love the game of football. Oh and Daniel Young is indeed a good player, yet to command a regular starting place but he does have quality.

Danger man at London Colney is the guy with the eye patch, usually ably assisted by a guy called Penfold....
