I went to the chelmo game last night and i thought etu totally

frustrated chelmo until the 37 min goal,etu looked well organised

and very physical which stopped chelmo playing there quick attacking football.the difference between the 2 teams was chelmo have quality players and will be a force at home.it was a good match to watch as a neutral.

27th seems a bit low.I take it you average over 1000 this season which should make you higher than that.considering there are 8 or 9 clubs in the conference with gates regularly under 1000.

Outside the conference i can only think of wimbledon,telford,fc United,kettering who are higher than you.

I would of thought hornchurch and ricay are around 27th at the moment.

I went last night with a few mates who are chelmsford fans. chelmsford were nothing special at all but they still strolled over etu. i think the etu honeymoon may be over and they will start to slip down the table. honestly have never heard a 1000+ plus crowd so quiet though. it was eerie.

That observation has been made over on the soapbox, as well as many, many, many times before, on here.

For goodness sake, Melbourne Park is "all" we've got at the moment, so we Clarets have to learn to live with the fact that ANY attempt to make noise will evaporate into thin air.

On the up side, we do have one of the best (if not THE best) playing surfaces and grandstands in the Rymans, so will have to be content with that for the foreseeable future.

table is wrong as we have played 3 home games this season and have ammassed around 2221 people in through the turnstyles.

so our average at the moment is 740

 

 

No points for reaching a threshold in attendance figures but like many footy fans i find attendances very interesting for some strange reason.
