I have been reliable informed by Craig David that we can get to Cricklewood station from Moorgate tomorrow on the overground.

Therefore we are meeting at 5.15 at Moorgate. Wally is also meeting us then.

I will pop to Moorgage at lunchtime to check that this line is running.........

Anybody else that wishes to meet us ????

Gospel Oak (2.7 miles from Hendon) Barking line takes 35 minutes if the tube strike goes ahead. Last train home is 22.25.

Transport for London say Piccadilly, Northern and Jubilee lines will run normally.

I'm goimg from Blackfriars.

Trains leave Moorgate at 6.04pm (direct) and 6.16, 6.24, 6.38 and 6.47 (change at King's Cross ThamesLink) and take around 25 mins

I think a return will be around £3 ish, dependant on your oyster and Railcard/Student status...

my error

Cricklewood is in Zone 3
Moorgate in Zone 1

a return would be about £6...

However, if there are 4 of you, then you can simpley ask for a group saver, which would mean a cost of £3.50 each....

Our clubhouse (which for those who haven't been to the delights of Claremont Road is outside the ground) will be open from 4pm, turnstiles will open approx 7pm. All welcome smile

As for transport, the Northern Line is running a normal service despite the tube strike - Brent Cross station is about a 15 minute walk, or you can get a 102 bus from Golders Green station towards Brent Cross.

If you're coming via Cricklewood Station and you're feeling particularly lazy, there's buses every 5 minutes or so from the station to the ground (189 or C11 towards Brent Cross).
