Heybridge Swifts on Tuesday

Swifts are yet to register their first win and have drawn their previous two home games against Hendon & Hornchurch. They also lost 3-2 at Ashford on Saturday.

So, my heart tells me that they're not a shadow of their previous incarnations and we should do OK. But my head tells me that we always have a tough time at Scraley Rd. and anything is possible.

Un-changed team for me, other than the keeper if Billy's not ready. I think Abbo did enough to retain his starting spot on Saturday.

Going to swifts is always a hard game so no matter what their previous form is we have to be wary of them. They're always a very physical team so definitely abbo to start over wareham. Just keep playing the football we're playing and we should be okay, lets just hope we dont get a red card like last time ... but with the standard of reffing atm it wouldnt suprise me. I'd definitely like to see a much more convincing win grin

'Ricay!!!

Must admit i forgot about 7.30 kick offs at Heybridge. Cool heads all round for this one. If the tempo is high all over the park then hopefully we will get one or two breakthroughs. However, scraley road can and is a difficult place for away teams so all our lads can do is give 100% and see what happens.

Whatever the result we stick together as a unit smile

Cheers urchinboy.

Very much looking forward to tonights game. Having to work most Saturdays this year, so footballing opportunities are somewhat limited.

Heybridge have had a poor start, but this will be no easy game, it never is at Scraley Road. If we get anything like the sort of performance we did there last year, ill be delighted.

3 points would be ideal, but id probably be satisfied with maintaining our unbeaten record.
