Whenever it comes to an important game they are always:

Injured:

due to participating in close season money making tournements in the far east, so that they can sell some shirts and benifit from image rights.

Exhusted:

from above plus playing one or two games a week,but not having to keep down a "proper job", but maybe having a mid-week modeling commitment to promote some over-priced cr@p.

Playing Conditions:

Too hot if playing in a major competition in July. Too cold if playing in Russia in October.

Inteligence:

Too thick to play anything but 4-4-2.

 

Change the manager if you like but the problems remain the same.
