4-4 Horace must have been good game, fans got there monies worth.

Like no game I've ever seen before! Completely battered them 1st half. Even gave them a goal after 10 minutes - defensive mix up. Should have had 6 by half time, but only 3. They only made one half chanceall half. Looked like the teams had swapped shirts at half time! They came out fired up second half and got two in two minutes. We rarely played second half like first. Un-named right back lost possession trying to play like Chimbonda and we were behind! Needed a cracker from Wadey to get level, and a great save from Virgs to stay that way!

Weird game for us on saturday!!

Their captain thought it would be funny to headbutt our left back rob kemble for no reason after about 10 mins, the obvious handbags went off and for once i didnt get involved, tony burke and their number 10 had a to do and for some reason the ref thought it was me and booked me. Their captain rightly recieved his marching orders! Saf then put on a 1 man show for the next 20 mins and scored a fantastic hat trick and the game was pretty much over as a contest! 10 mins into the second half Lee Mitchell set a ball to me from close range and it hit my arm, to which the ref thought it warranted a second yellow for deliberate handball! It was the most pathetic decision i've ever seen and was purely just to even up the numbers! We saw out the game comfortably but i watched most of the second half of our next opponents Bedford Town who beat Swindon Supermarine, they look like a good outfit and it should be a good game on the 15th sept!

i have to agree with blues, this ref was the worst ref i have ever "played" with in my life so far, i dont think you could get a worst ref, some of the decisions he was making were shocking, to send blues off for that, i felt like putting one on him! im looking forward to bedford town game, if we paly the way we can then i think we have a good chance of causing an upset.

 

Ps blues sorry for my drunken texts, i was still buzzing from the game, i think gary taylor, faulkner and gaz got the same one aswell!

i think it was played there, www says so, perhaps he wanted to sound a bit of jetsetter a la eagles1981 when he was just watching them fly overhead, like the NI defence judging by the score.
