When Bertie Brayley came on for Rudi, why did Duffy come over to the right, as he and the link ups with Minton were creating all sorts of trouble for Ford on the left. Then JK pushed into the middle, where he is less effective, and Brayley played in Duffy’s place. To take two players out of their best positions, with the addition of a substitute, surely has an unsettling effect on the team. If Rudi had to come off then I would of done a straight swap with Brayley going into Rudi’s place. I thought we had learned this from earlier in the season, and with the Northwich game, that you have to leave the players positions alone.
