Why do you never report others on here who use offensive language?? There have been some choice posts on here of late from people at Hornchurch who have come home from the pub after sniffing the bar maids apron and just posted a load of cr@p. Oh and what about all the abuse on the Eton Manor site?? Did you report them?? I think not.

Perhaps it's just Eagles1981 you like, my point is that you can't just go around accusing people of being into drugs and pushing drugs if you have no evidence. Hmmm, a strange mood seems to pall over the forum this morning. FM was making a valid enough point with an example to back it up. Don't see much wrong with that.

 

I'm more concerned that Petethegreek has said that he has made his last post on here. I find that sad and a bit worrying.

I think you you'll find I made no mention of drugs.

fm was making a fair point that unacceptable language is used on other forums, and in particular one where Rhodes had said he hadnt seen anything to warrant a complaint.

 

FM found an example, amongst many, which is fair enough, I just didnt see the need to reprint it again on here. The thing that gets me down is I dont think FM is complaining about the post, its just another dig at rhodes.

 

He's welcome to do that but why re post the garbage?

Pity if Petethegreek doesnt post again, I think he could have been a bit more open about himself rather than the cloak and dagger approach.

 

His disappearance from here could be seen to add weight to the theory that he is a match official who maybe allowed his distaste for Rhodes to cloud his judgement.

 

Unfortunately facts sometimes dont matter as much as opinions, and if there is any perception that impartiality has taken a back seat then the damage has been done.

 

If ptg is not the lino then he would do that lino a favour by saying so.

The cloak and dagger bit has probably been spawned from the belief that some on here know who PTG is - and some don't. Division through knowledge will always induce resentment.

There have been many times when I have watched an offside incident in real time at a televised game and been convinced one way or the other only to be proved completely wrong later. I would be more than happy to take the word of the assistant referee (who should have been more or less in line with the incidents) over the word of a proven liar like clip Rods who, even if he wasn't such a juvenile character, could still, in any case, have quite innocently misread the judgement call on the offside decisions in the same way I have done on many occasions.

To say that a match official would make a decision out of spite towards an official of the club that decision goes against is a no-no in my book.
