What has happened to Ruislip Manor this season so far mate, very disappointing start. Have you lost many players?

We got a new manager in three weeks before the start of the season who had previously been Wealdstone PASE and reserves manager. He brought a load of young players with him and they are a bit raw and lack experience at a higher level.

 

Only three of last years squad remain although some players who previously played for us have come back.

 

As for the ground I had another guess - Bedworth?

Did the old manager take the players with him? Last season I thought you underachieved and that you may do better this time round, but judging by your Brismsdown post it sounds like you are in for a struggle.

The old manager is now playing for Amersham while most of the first team squad are at various other clubs.

 

Hopefully we can pick it up but five losses out of five is not a good start to the season.

AWK - Congratulations on Luton's impressive win over Sunderland last night, were you at Kenilworth Road.

No I wasn't at the game last night Rhodes, you could say I'm feeling disenchanted with it at the moment and paying over £20 I thought was a rip off to be honest.

 

However an excellent result and a turn around of 8 goals since we met them on the last day of last season, plus only our second clean sheet in 19!!

You probably felt gutted when you heard the result, has the draw been made yet for the next round.

Gutted I wasn't there Rhodes but with the prices that are being charged you have to draw the line somewhere and with everything thats been going on I reluctantly decided not to go.
