yeah...they are still looking for them just to say thanks for the nice summer camp they had in the summer and that's to put it nicely...

they can foil a manager like you gary but not Coachie.i haven't seen any of their session planners and everything was done off the cuff.result is:we have a team that is not reactive in the first 2-3 yards and doesn't last the distance.when i talked to them about explosive and reactive power or endurance speed training it was like talking to the wall!forget about the long distance running or aerobic power..that was done in one day.Evening games we can mask that but 30 degrees celsius afternoon games highlighted the problem even more.Certainly training on thursday,36 hours before a game you are very limited in what you can do so we have to make the most of any breaks we can get to catch up.We'll get better matey and i'm not gonna lose the sleep over three games lost especially when your players are giving what they have got in their legs at the moment.And if your mates have got any problems with that i can publicly challenge them and discuss it if they are brave enough to come up with their session sheets and go through them....
