the premier league champions for season 07/08 will have to achieve a minimum points total of 2.10 per game......88 points.....

 

our current target for the first quarter of the season is 2 points per game......we are behind that today but will be on target if we win on saturday at the bridge....

 

if we also win on monday at scraley road we will be on 2.25...ahead of championship target....

Fair enough target. I reckon and it's hardly sticking my neck out, but this season will be hellishly competitive with top teams having good runs, possibly thwarted by injuries and beating each other here and there.

 

It will be a rollercoaster and darn enjoyable. Hoping to be there tomorrow.
