Egham Town 1 v 2 Camberley Town

Camberley pretty much controlled the 1st half missing at least 3 clear cut chances. Egham were pacy on the break but never threatened the goal.

 

2nd Half was a little more even but Camberley took a deserved lead on the hour from a penalty. Egham then went straight down the other end and equalized. Winning goal with 10 minutes to go. Ball into Egham box, Camberley player fouls Egham defender, ball cleared and Ref plays advantage. Egham have 5 v 3 on the half way line. Player with ball runs into the Camberley LB who plays it back into Egham half. Forward shoots from about 25 yards, hits defender and trickles over the line. Egham bench were tops then. Had a right go at the REf about the foul but didnt say anything to his players about the 5 v 3 they managed to mess up !

 

Camberley probably deserved to win but can't see Egham being down the bottom for too long.

Very well thanks mate have had a good start to the season as a team and personally! so no complaints! How are you teffs?

I'm Good too thanks Enners, We have'nt started too badly 1 win 1 defeat in the league, but out of the FA cup last night.

 

Hoping for a good season and building on last seasons placing.

 

Are Enfield favourites for the title ???

its to early to say at the moment but we will be there or there abouts all we can do is keep the winning mentality and see where we are around xmas and push on from there! it will be tough with Concord and Barking pushing for the league as well
