thats 6 friendlies and 2 league games lost now-can't wilko see that the team is not good enough-obviously this is the lowest standard slough town have played at, and yet still are down the bottom of the current league.

I'm fairly certain Wilko is more aware than anyone that the players aren't good enough, but given that he's only got about two and six available to buy new ones there aint a lot he can do about it is there!?

Osgood, I think alot of fans know the score, but the odd one or two think we should be buying Rio Ferdinand and Ronaldo?!

I think most fans know the score and don't expect him to spend a lot if any money but what we should be expecting is for Wilko to change things around accordingly, before the game and during the game, it's what the call being a manager.

 

The most obvious ones are to play Moleski in central midfield and maybe when we are losing and chasing the game play 3 at the back put Mark Bartley on up front and maybe push Woody up to inject some pace and to run at players.

 

Just a couple of ideas and I'm no manager.

Doc, Excuse me if I'm wrong but I thought we started with 4 at the back on Tuesday, Woody left back with Harper, Daly and Duncan making up the other three?

 

I also thought Ossi said Wilko's got no money what else can he do?

I know we have no money, I agreed with ossie, I jokingly said people think we should buy ronaldo. I know we are stuck with what we have.

 

I could be wrong about the formation, but thought woody was a wing back with CJ up front. If woody was a full back that means Daly was a right back, which is worrying

Subs: Roddis, Bizon, Faircluth, Braith, Browne

 

If Mike Murphy signs then I would play him as one of the three centre backs.

 

I think that team would get us plenty of decent results and we'd be fine.

Obviously it was entirely intentional to leave a massive gap between midfield and attack. Also once Jacko's fit I'd have him return in goal.
