Lordswood 1-1 Bookham

Draw was a fair result, We took the lead on 4 mins, free kick deflected off the wall to Steve Douglas who fire home, we had the better of the 1st half but could not get the second goal.

 

Lordswood came out strong in the second half and they had the majority of the play and created a few good opening, we looked dangerous on the break and hit the crossbar and had one well saved that was sneaking in by the post.

 

Lordswood broke down our move and quickly passed forward and with their striker going round the keeper and about to score was brought down for a pen which they scored from 6 mins from time.

 

Gutted we didn't hang on, but still in the cup and the replay's on Tuesday night.
