I've just read that Hookey. Will be a great turning point for the ESL. Olympian clubs feel too far away from Step 5 to 'bother', but if they were at Step 6 and playing in the Vase, Cup and being able to charge for matches - I feel the more ambitious would certainly take all neccessary steps to progress.
