That means a great deal to me although I suspect that Spidermanor's opinion will differ greatly to yours and Lato's. If I were to apply to be Club Secretary at Grosvenor Vale and my application was successful following the sift, vetting process and interview would you ring me in Town Cryer style as I know it's your speciality.

Rhodes...it says on the SSML Bulletin that Kentish Town have changed their kit from Sky blue/Dark Blue to Sky blue and black..any reason for the change? Sky blue and dark blue as on your badge looks nice.

When is your first match at Copthall?

Gavin - Regarding the first question of your post I have no idea. Our first match at the Copthall Stadium will be on Saturday 8 September when AFC Dunstable visit for a Reserve Division Two East match, they must be rubbing their hands at being the first Club to play senior football there for many a long year. We then provisionally meet Langford the following Wednesday (12th) in the Challenge Trophy which should attract a good crowd and then entertain New Bradwell St Peter the following Saturday (15th) who will no doubt be like rabbits caught in the headlights when they arrive.

rhodes, if you were to become the RMFC secretary would that then be three teams who would become 'we' in your posts?

No, it would be purely on a professional basis and just a 'job', I don't support Ruislip Manor and have no affinity with the Club whatsoever other than the fact that 'the geat Tommy Lambourne, 'the great' Arthur Barker and 'the great' Uduma Kalu once plyed their trade at Grosvenor Vale and Julian Hudson once Managed them.

fine..thats actually the answer I hoped to see(apart from the unecessary bit about players and Julian Hudson who was in charge for one game when the actual manager was unavailable)

I think the bit in brackets of your post says it all and proves my point that you never did attach any importance to Lambourne, Barker, Kalu and Hudson being at Grosvenor Vale and never bothered to build up any sort of rapport with them.

thats supposition on your part.

I don't want to go over old ground but read the many old posts for my and probably Spider's and MB100's thoughts on the players in question.

Incidentally speaking of Lambourne did you ever eat those fedoras?

Because he doesn't appear to like me infact he has made that abundantly clear in the past, in particular at the Hamilton Hall drinks event.

What do my personal opinions have to do with your ability (or lack of) to do a job?

Just because you are an arrogant opinionated bigot doesn't mean you can't apply for a vacant position at RMFC. Though I'd like to see you try and explain away all the abuse you have heaped upon the club during the last year at an interview, along with why you've been sacked then shunted embarrassingly into the background in your last two jobs. That I'd pay to see.

You still haven't provided evidence that 'the great' Uduma Kalu played a part for Welwyn Garden City at Kingsbury, if and when you do then the cheque will be in the post.
