To be fair, it was a very even game with both sides creating some good chances.

Selsey capitalised when our keeper had to make a quick clearance from an incoming ball whilst on the ground by kicking it clear. Sods law that it glanced out directly to an incoming striker who could hardly have failed to score.

So not even a draw to mean a Tuesday evening trip to Selsy.

BUT on the bright-side, I've discovered I'm free of house-sitting Tuesday lunchtime, so a trip to Meadowbank to see Bookham play their Cup replay Tuesday evening seems a certainty.
