Grays v Woking

Apparently in tonights game with the score 0-0 a Grays player got injured so they kicked the ball out, Woking re-started the game by kicking the ball back to the keeper from their own half but the ball went in! 1-0 Woking

 

Feeling a bit guilty Woking then let Grays walk down the other end un-challenged and score from the kick-off to level the game.

You have to question the Grays keeper!!!! Very strange.

To add to the drama the Grays keeper conceded a last minute pen - and saved it !

That happened in a Premiership (I think) match a couple of years ago. How bizzare.

we scored against palace from a drop ball then the ref blew for full time and every match report ssys its 1-1 all though!!

 

Technically its a Canvey win and another upset.

I was surprised at how close that Palace game was. I know it was their youth team, but I expected a similar affair to that of last season's friendly vs. Spurs.

I rememeber going to an away game a few years ago. Think it might even have been somewhere like Wealdstone and we did exactly the same thing, but the goal was disallowed, even though it was actually palmed into the net by the Goalkeeper.
