Enrico got to say , you brought in a 16 year old coach , who needed help and support and you've ended up badmouthing him.
Im sure weve all made mistakes in our career , ESPECIALLY when we are young as we are learning, last thing a young coach needs is someone who he used to work with bad mouthing him on the forum .

JP mate, as your career goes on you will probably understand more that it's everyman for himself and the esl is a very fickle place !
