Noticed that today. No more 'Grim'! I hope it don't become a poncy pub/restuarant type thing like the Kings Head in Saaf Green. Went past the Grim the other week, glasses going everywhere, tops off going toe to toe on the roundabout. Proper boozer!

Well, I have been told that the Tuesday night quiz is just about the one thing that isn't expected to change there, but with myself and the staff having experienced total disorganization of the highest order by the brewery in the build up to the refurb, I won't believe anything until I see it - including the alleged new pub name ! Opening night is supposed to be this Friday - see the curious there...

And please note, the "new" pub will be open from SATURDAY,not Friday as I said above, slight delays putting the finishing touches to the project...

Sorry to keep rambling on, but I just heard from the management today that work is running "a little behind schedule" and the pub won't now be open till after Tuesday, let alone at the weekend, so there will be no quiz night next week. Which means to get things back in a football perspective - SEE Y'ALL AT HORNCHURCH !!!
