I stay in on Friday night with a big bowl of pasta and a massive bottle of water so that I'm all prepared for the big kick off only to turn up and see a 'playing' surface with a crop circle all over the Chertsey pitch - absolutely gutted!!

 

Look forward to McQueen's comments after all the stick he gave Big JR about the Dorking pitch....

Considering it hasn't been played on and rumours are that they had spent alot of money on re-surfacing it then it looked awful...although it was definately playable and the ref offered it to the players, as the away team, to decide if we were happy to play. We all wanted to get going but then the lino declined and the ref walked home!!
